A chase by Kane County sheriff’s deputies started in Aurora and ended when the 19-year-old Chicago man driving crashed into another car in Chicago early Monday morning, authorities said.
Milton Boni, 19, of the 3000 block of North Mason Avenue in Chicago, is charged with five felonies, including speeding, causing property damage, and causing bodily injury to an individual.
Deputies responded just before 1 a.m. to a call of a speeding gray Infiniti with no license plates on Washington Street at Fabyan Parkway in Batavia, according to a news release from the Kane County Sheriff’s Office.
The vehicle’s occupants were wearing ski masks, police said.
Deputies found and attempted to pull over the vehicle on Church and Bilter roads in Aurora, but the Infiniti fled onto eastbound Interstate 88.
