Police shoot at suspect in Englewood

Englewood police shot at an individual Monday, authorities said on X.

Police did not say whether officers hit the unnamed person or whether the individual was injured.

Trial begins for Clear Creek County sheriff’s deputy who killed Christian Glass

The suspect led police on a pursuit on Santa Fe Drive before crashing at West Mineral Avenue, authorities said.

The crash led to road closures on West Mineral Road.

At 11:12 a.m., EPD was involved in an OIS in the area of 3325 S Santa Fe Dr. The incident resulted in a pursuit that went southbound on Santa Fe Dr., where the suspect was involved in an accident at W Mineral Ave.

There is no threat to the public.
