Schnitzer West LLC has announced the completion and delivery of The Avant, a 337-unit apartment community in Centennial.
The Avant, at 6333 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 600 to 1,700 square feet.
Each residence features distinctive finishes, including gourmet prep islands, stainless-steel appliances, expansive windows and outdoor balconies.

The property is designed to serve young professionals, growing families and empty nesters, providing the neighborhood charm of Greenwood Village, easy access to the Denver Tech Center and a prime location within the Cherry Creek School District, according to its project website.
“At The Avant, our goal was to raise the bar for multifamily living and deliver a truly intentional experience for residents,” said Luke Schoeder, senior investment and development manager at Schnitzer West.
“We approached the project with intention, creating a community where residents don’t just find a home, but a lifestyle defined by comfort, sophistication, and a meaningful connection to the neighborhood.”
The five-story property offers a range of amenities, including retail space on the ground floor, a music lounge and outdoor listening patio featuring curated vinyl selections, a dog run and spa, a community garden and a two-level indoor structured parking garage with space for 450 vehicles.
Residents can also enjoy access to wine lockers, a catering lounge, a fitness center and a yoga deck.
Additionally, the property features a resort-style pool and sundeck, with future plans to add a cold plunge and sauna.

The Avant is near the growing Arapahoe Entertainment District, home to dining, shopping and entertainment destinations such as Comedy Works South, Shanahan’s Steakhouse, Pindustry and Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater.
The apartment community, which broke ground in late 2022, welcomed its first residents in June.
The development was a joint venture between Schnitzer West and Mitsui Fudosan America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan’s largest real estate company, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.
Mitsui Fudosan is a publicly traded company with approximately $65.2 billion of assets.
Denver-based Davis Partnership Architects provided architecture, entitlements, interior design, lighting design, furniture and fixture selections and wayfinding design for The Avant.
