Stagecoach 2026: What to expect on the final day of the festival

The 2026 Stagecoach Country Music Festival is expected to conclude as scheduled today at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, with Post Malone set to headline the final night.

The final day’s performances come one day after the festival was temporarily disrupted by high winds Saturday, which resulted in a temporary evacuation and suspension before organizers reopened the event.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory that will be in effect until at least 5 p.m. Sunday, warning of west winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 45 mph in the Coachella Valley. An air quality alert has also been issued through 11 a.m. due to blowing dust, according to the South Coast Air Quality Mangmenet District.

Marshmello and Gavin Adcock had been performing when the evacuation notice was issued, with announcements instructing crowds to exit immediately.

The disruption pushed back the starting time for sets by Lainey Wilson and Pitbull and forced the removal of Riley Green and Journey from Saturday’s lineup.

As for Sunday, organizers noted on social media that the festival was “Back in the saddle.”

In addition to Post Malone, Sunday’s lineup also includes Warren Zeiders, Third Eye Blind, Ty Myers, Max McNown, Amos Lee, Gabriella Rose and Brett Young.

Saturday’s performers included Little Big Town, Bush, Teddy Swims, Chase Matthew, Lane Pittman and Billy Bob Thornton and The Boxmasters.

David Lee Roth joined Swims to perform the Van Halen classic “Jump” — one week after performing the same song during both weekends of the just ended Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival at the same venue.

Also Saturday, Pitbull brought out Lil Jon while performing on the event’s Mustang Stage. The two will be on the road together starting May 14th with their “I’m Back Tour,” which will include a May 30th appearance at the Hollywood Bowl.
