Toluca Lake puts on Turkey Trot and festival to bring neighbors together
The annual Toluca Lake Turkey Trot brought together neighbors of all ages on Sunday when people enjoyed everything from miniature golf to martial arts. As the sponsors said, “Whether you’re an avid runner, a walker, or just looking for a fun way to kick off Thanksgiving, the Turkey Trot offers something for everyone.”
Some of the most popular events included the Kids Zone, arts and crafts, mini golf and listening to the band School of Rock.

The event included a 5K Run/Walk, followed by the Kids Fun Run. The 2025 Annual Toluca Lake Turkey Trot was sponsored by many local businesses, including SRM Real Estate Group, Craig Strong Group, and Premium Collision Center. Other sponsors included Red Maple, Logix Smarter Banking, Destiny Home Health, and Warner Bros. Discovery.
Proceeds from the event benefit local groups such as the East Valley Police Activity League Supporters and the Los Angeles Fire Department Station 86.
