Dallas Mavericks Star Cooper Flagg Made NBA History Against Lakers

On Sunday night, the Dallas Mavericks hosted the Los Angeles Lakers in Texas.

The Mavs won by a score of 134-128.

Cooper Flagg went off for 47 points, eight rebounds, nine assists, two steals and one block while shooting 14/27 from the field and 2/4 from three-point range in 39 minutes of playing time.

The former Duke star came into the night with averages of 20.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 47.2% from the field and 29.3% from three-point range in 65 games.

They are the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 25-53 record in 78 games.

Over their last ten games, the Mavs have gone 2-8 (and they are 15-25 at home).

Following the Lakers, they will play their next game on Tuesday night when they visit Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers.
