How Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift Celebrated Chiefs Win Over Raiders

The Kansas City Chiefs crushed the Las Vegas Raiders in a dominant 31-0 win on Sunday, October 19, their first shutout regular-season victory since 2011.

After starting the season 0-2 for the first time in the Patrick Mahomes era, the team is 4-3 with a nearly fully healthy roster. While Chiefs left tackle Josh Simmons remains away from the team due to personal reasons, wide receiver Rashee Rice made his 2025 season debut in Week 7.

For the first time, the team’s “Big 3” were all active: Rice, Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, and Xavier Worthy

“Now, it seems like we’re coming together as a team,” Mahomes told reporters after the game. Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce took that sentiment one step further.

“I think it’s just a glimpse of what you’re going to see from here on out,” Kelce told Sports Radio 810. “We’re going to get more and more in sync having the fun gambit, full arsenal. As long as we all keep playing unselfish and getting excited for each other — sky’s the limit.”

The 10-time Pro Bowler and his future bride headed to Kelce and Mahomes’ restaurant, 1587 Prime, at the Loews Hotel after the game. Swift wore a red tank top, black shorts, and black boots, while Kelce wore a collared shirt with black pants.

They enjoyed dinner with a large group of friends.

Thus far this season, Swift has only attended home games. Swift quietly returned to Arrowhead Stadium to watch Kansas City’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2 and looked on as the Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens 37-20 in Week 3. The 14-time Grammy also attended the Chiefs’ 30-17 win over the Detroit Lions last week.

The newly-engaged couple has a lot to toast to this week. In addition to celebrating the Chiefs’ blowout win, Swift’s record-breaking new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” held onto the No. 1 spot atop the Billboard Charts for the second week in a row.

While Swift enjoys the unprecedented success of “The Life of a Showgirl,” which features numerous songs inspired by the Chiefs star, she’s still glowing from Kelce’s proposal in August.

The 35-year-old singer admits she can’t stop staring at her engagement ring. She told Jimmy Fallon of their engagement during an appearance on “The Tonight Show” last week, “It’s crazy, that’s crazy. I look at it constantly, it doesn’t feel in any way normal for me, I’m still like, ‘Oh man, wow!’”

However, it’s not the massive size of the custom Kindred Lubeck ring that makes her emotional, but what the diamond represents.

“Because he’s just my favorite person I’ve ever met, no offense to everyone else I’ve ever met,” she gushed. “The fact that this is the person I get to hang out with every day forever, that’s the whole thing of it, that’s the win, and this represents that.”
