Jorginho is in ‘no hurry’ to renew his contract at Arsenal, despite entering the final months of his deal at the Emirates.
The Italian midfielder joined the Gunners from Chelsea less than 15 months ago, signing an 18-month deal.
Jorginho’s impressed during his first full campaign in north London, making 20 starts in all competitions.
The former Chelsea man continues to be linked with a return to his homeland, with Fiorentina and Juventus said to be interested.
And, while Joao Santos says a return to Italy is possible, he says his client is happy to wait on hearing back from Arsenal.

‘Did Arsenal call us for a renewal? No, right now they’re focused on the Champions League return leg against Bayern Munich,’ said Santos.
‘We’re in no hurry. If they were to call us in a month or two to discuss the renewal, that’s fine with us.
‘Would Jorginho like to return to Italy? Yes, of course because he grew up in Italy and he likes everything about the country.’
Jorginho is likely to start at the Allianz Arena tonight as Arsenal look to book a spot in the Champions League semi-finals.
Bayern earned a 2-2 draw at the Emirates last week, and need to beat the Gunners on home soil to progress to the last four.
