Both Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise are reportedly ‘happy’ at Crystal Palace and will not rush into a decision when choosing their next club.

The Palace attackers have been consistently linked with a move to one of the Premier League big boys following their outstanding performances over the past few seasons.

Between them, they have scored 15 goals and made nine assists, helping secure the Eagles place in the top-flight for next season,

Olise is a top transfer target for Manchester United and Arsenal, while Chelsea attempted to sign the French winger last summer.

Eze meanwhile was linked with a move to Manchester City last summer, and his status continues to grow with some tipping the attacking midfielder for a place in the England squad for Euro 2024.

But any team that wishes to sign them this summer will have a tough task on their hands as the pair are said to be ‘happy’ in South London, according to BBC Sport.

Moreover, they are only interested in moving if their destination is a club that plays exciting, attacking football and will allow them to show off their skills and flair.

Palace will only entertain offers upwards of £60million for each player and are under no financial pressure to sell this summer as they look to build off a successful start to Oliver Glasner’s reign.

It was said that Olise had a release clause in his contract that would become active at the end of the season, but the report adds that both players do not have ‘straightforward release clauses’.

It is not specified what that means, but Chelsea encountered this very problem when they thought they had activated the 22-year-old’s £35m release clause, only for the deal to fall-through and the player signed a new four-year contract with the Eagles.

United hero Dwight Yorke recently urged his former club to buy both players, saying: ‘Those two young boys are the players Man United need at the club right now.

‘They’re young, great talents and would improve the club. In two or three years time, they would be coming into the best part of their careers and they’d be integrated into the Man United side by then.’

For now though, Eze and Olise will just be focusing on finishing the season strong, with a trip to Fulham on Saturday up next.
