During Tuesday’s game, Aaron Judge will have a chance to make MLB history.
He comes into the day with 370 career home runs, needing only one to move ahead of Hall of Famer Gil Hodges for sole possession of 83rd on all the all-time list.
Judge is currently batting .188 with two home runs and three RBI’s in his first four games.
The MLB wrote (on March 27): “Giancarlo Stanton, Aaron Judge both homer as the @Yankees open the season with back-to-back shutouts for the first time in franchise history!”

Judge is in is 11th season as a member of the Yankees.
At 33, he has established himself as one of the best players in franchise history.
Last season, Judge won his third MVP, finishing with 53 home runs, 114 RBI’s and 137 runs (while batting .331).

The Yankees are currently 3-1 in their first four games of the 2026 season.
Before losing on Monday, they had been coming off a sweep of the San Francisco Giants.
