The Los Angeles Rams weren’t able to pick up the win against the defending Super Bowl, falling to 2-1 on the 2025 season.
Los Angeles was on the verge of winning the game, but suffered a game-winning field goal block in the dying seconds of the matchup. Despite the loss, the Rams hung with the Philadelphia Eagles until the clock hit zero.
Pro Football Focus released its third team of the week of the 2025 season, which features three Rams players: two on offense and one on defense.
Kyren Williams

Fresh off a three-year $33 million contract, running back Kyren Williams makes his first appearance in PFF’s team of the week.
The fourth-year player had his best game of the season against the Philadelphia Eagles, rushing for 94 yards on 20 attempts and 18 receiving yards on three catches.
Williams outran Eagles running back Saquon Barkley by a bit more than double. Barkley rushed for over 200 yards in the NFC Divisional game against the Rams, but had just 46 in the Week 3 matchup.
The running back said before the start of the season that he wanted to make the 2025 season his best yet. After his performance against a strong Eagles defensive line, he certainly can if he can continue with the strong showings.
Puka Nacua

Wide receiver Puka Nacua makes his second appearance on PFF’s team of the week this season after making the season opener’s TOTW.
Nacua continues to be quarterback Matthew Stafford’s go-to receiving option as he targeted the wide receiver 15 times, almost double the next receiver.
The third-year receiver from BYU had his best game this season against the Super Bowl Champs. Nacua hauled in 112 yards on 11 receptions against the Eagles’ secondary.
A majority of the Los Angeles Rams’ passing offense went through Puka, as he had more catches than the rest of the team combined (8).
Nacua currently has the most receiving yards this season (333) and 1 of 2 receivers with more than 300 yards.
The wide receiver received an 86.2 grade from PFF for his performance against the Eagles.
Quentin Lake

Like his teammate at wide receiver, safety Quentin Lake makes the PFF team of the week for a second time this season.
Lake had a game-high four pass deflections against the Eagles alongside six tackles. Philly had a more pass-oriented offense this game, with quarterback Jalen Hurts having 226 passing yards and three pass touchdowns.
The Rams’ defense allowed their most receiving yards this season and could have been higher if not for Lake.
The safety’s four deflections were more than double that of his team and the same amount as his opponents.
With a questionable Rams secondary, the safety is cementing himself as one of the better players on the team’s defense.
