A man was critically injured during a shooting in Humboldt Park Wednesday afternoon, according to Chicago police.
The man, 32, was in the 700 block of North Ridgeway Avenue at 2:29 p.m. when two people approached him and fired shots, police said. The man was shot in the chest and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
No one is currently in custody, police said.
