Rail engineers had a narrow escape after being stuck in the middle of a raging wildfire in Canada as flames closed in on them.
Forest fires are burning through the remote landscape of northwestern Ontario, with severe warnings in place across national parks near Lake Superior.
A crew of engineers experienced the force of Mother Nature firsthand when being trapped inside the blaze.
Footage captured inside the cabin shows a terrifying wall of orange flames surrounding their locomotive as the fire ripped through the tracks and woodland near Armstrong.

The incident is said to have occurred after the crew detached from the locomotive to rescue a foreman.
Poor visibility caused by the thick smoke then caused the detached unit to smash into its train, sparking further fires, according to reports.
The men eventually escaped on foot, and no one was injured.
Northwestern Ontario has been hit by at least 128 separate fires, forcing residents to leave their homes.
