Katie Price reveals surprising amount she’s spent on plastic surgery

Katie Price is said to have had upwards of 40 surgeries over the years, including 17 breast augmentations.

And the former glamour model, 48, has now revealed how much she’s paid to go under the knife over the years.

Katie has admitted to having multiple facelifts, nose jobs, and body contouring surgeries, but told Olivia Attwood she’s spent what’s considered a surprising amount on the procedures given how many she’s had.

Speaking to the former Love Island star on her ITV show The Price of Perfection, Katie was asked: ‘How many surgeries do you reckon you’ve had in total?’

‘Oh my god, that’s really hard. Maybe about 30 or 40? I must have done,’ Katie replied.

‘Obviously you have had a lot of free surgery but you have paid for some as well,’ presenter Olivia questioned.

‘Over the years, would you say it has been a mix of offered free stuff and things that have been paid?’

To which she replied: ‘I’ve probably paid £40,000 in all – for surgery.’

A surprised Olivia responded: ‘What, in all – is that it?’

Katie clarified that being offered free surgery hasn’t impacted the amount she has had done.

‘I would pay for it if I wanna get it done,’ she explained.

Katie had her first cosmetic procedure aged only 20, plumping up her breasts from a 32B to 32C. The following year, she underwent work on her face for the first time – starting with lip fillers aged 21.

Since then, Katie hasn’t been shy of a nip or a tuck, from Botox to bum fillers.

More recently she had yet another facial procedure, much to the shock of fans, after travelling to Turkey, where surgeries are typically cheaper.

But the surgery nearly ended in disaster when surgeons almost performed the wrong op on her.

Chatting to sister Sophie on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, she explained: ‘Oh my God. Do you know what is funny, though?

‘Before I went down and the doctors come and see you, and they thought I wanted a back lift!’

A back lift aims to enhance and contour the upper body by removing excess skin and fat, with Katie further detailing: ‘So, basically, imagine if you grab your skin; they basically pull your skin up, so it would lift your bum up, all of that, take all your skin, and you just get a cut right across your back.’

Despite her extensive history with surgery, Katie firmly told the docs ‘no’ when that’s what they proposed to her.
