Nothing Bundt Cakes reveals new fall flavors and the return of a fan favorite
Nothing Bundt Cakes is continuing its seasonal offerings and embracing fall by bringing back an old favorite and adding a couple of pop-up surprise cakes.
The immensely popular cake shop, which is known as much for its flavorful cakes as it is for their colorful decorations, is bringing back the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake, a fan favorite spice cake with Biscoff cookie butter baked in and drizzled on top of the cake. And if that’s not enough Biscoff for you, there is a full cookie placed on top of the cake too. The Biscoff cake is available Aug. 17-Oct. 11 and comes in all cake sizes.
“At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we believe joy is meant to be shared, and the return of Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake alongside two exciting new Pop-Up Flavors gives guests even more delicious ways to do just that, whether they’re celebrating a back-to-school milestone, reconnecting with loved ones or simply treating themselves,” said Dolf Berle, CEO of Nothing Bundt Cakes, in a statement.
The two new pop-up flavors are the Galactic Brownie Cake and, perfect for fall, the Apple Pie Cake.

The Galactic Brownie is available Aug. 24-Sept. 6. It’s available in the smaller Bundtlet size and it’s meant for people who really love chocolate, since it’s a thick fudgy cake topped with a brownie batter glazed and then decorated with rainbow sprinkles.

The Apple Pie Cake could be a hard to get item since it’s only available Sept. 14-27. Those who score one will taste what could become a fall classic as it’s layered with cinnamon apples and it’s topped with brown sugar streusel. This cake is also available only in the Bundtlet size.
Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded in 1997. Now the Dallas-based company has 800 franchised and corporate bakeries in more than 40 states and Canada. Southern California locations include shops in Culver City, Manhattan Beach, Norwalk, Tustin, San Clemente, Corona, Moreno Valley and Redlands.
