Alison Hammond’s younger boyfriend is being ‘urged to dump her’ by his mother.
The This Morning star, 49, is currently dating masseuse David Putman, 26, who was born and raised in Russia.
The pair initially met when Alison became a client of his last year, with their friendship later turning romantic.
The couple recently confirmed their relationship, with Alison also revealing he had met her son Aiden, 19.
However, it doesn’t appear to be smooth sailing for the pair after it was reported David’s mother Olga doesn’t support them.
She is instead said to be calling her son every day and telling him to find a ‘nice Russian girl’.

‘She thinks Alison is way too old for David and doesn’t like all the attention her TV fame has brought to her son,’ a source has said.
‘She’s uncomfortable that her son is with someone who has so much more financial power than him.
‘Olga’s traditional values don’t sit well with their relationship,’ they added when speaking to The Sun.
The source then claimed that Olga, 63, ‘told him in no uncertain terms that he must end it’.

They also explained that after raising her children in the Orthodox Church, this ‘kind of relationship doesn’t fit her beliefs’.
Olga, who lives in Sochi, is also reported to have been calling her son each day to tell her how ‘unhappy’ she is, however David is ‘happy with his relationship so anything his mum says isn’t going to affect him’.
David’s father is reportedly a retired welder and panel beater who moved to Russia in the late 1990s after marrying Russian architect Olga Kovalenko following a divorce from his first wife.
David also two brother, twins Apollo and Sviatoslov, who are three years older than him and were born in England.

He is currently living with his uncle Nigel Putman, 71, in Slough, Berks.
Alison, who is believed to be worth around £4million, also hosts The Great British Bake Off and For the Love of Dogs.
Friends of the TV star have previously said she’s ‘never been happier’ after Alison shared photos of herself and David on social media for the first-time last month.
She previously dated gardener Ben Hawkins for two years before they split in 2023.
