Despite his recent, very public, reference to their feud with a viral advert, Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham have celebrated Father’s Day, sharing family photos which include eldest son Brooklyn.
Fashion designer Victoria, 52, was first to Instagram to mark the special day, posting a past holiday snap of the former England footballer with sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, as well as daughter Harper, smiling while standing in the sea on a beach, with a second image of Sir David smiling with a glass of wine.
The former Spice Girl wrote: ‘David you truly are the best daddy. Your greatest achievement has always been our beautiful children and we love you so much. Happy Father’s Day.’
Cruz also wished his father a happy father’s day on Instagram, posting a picture of himself with David holding fish, while Romeo shared two pictures of his younger self with his father.
David then also posted, celebrating the occasion with dads ‘around the world’ and sharing his love for his ‘beautiful’ children – including Brooklyn, 27, despite the estrangement and his choice to ‘monetise’ it.
Bookending his Instagram carousel with group pictures of all his kids – one where Harper is a baby, being held by Brooklyn, and another where he’s managed a more recent selfie with his kids all in a line – he also posted individual photos of himself with each.
Brooklyn came first, with the images shared in his kids’ age order, and showed him posing in a sweet snap with his dad at an outdoor meal during a summer evening when younger.
‘Being a dad is my most important job… I love you all & thank you mummy @victoriabeckham for given [sic] me our beautiful family 🩷 Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads around the world 🩷,’ David wrote in his caption.
Brooklyn had not posted a Father’s Day message at the time of writing.
The aspiring chef, who recently said he hadn’t worked in five years while focusing on his hot sauce brand, has been engaged in a messy fallout with his parents, making it public in January with the explosive claim that they had been ‘trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped’.
He also alleged his wife, Nicola Peltz, had been ‘disrespected’ by his family.
Brooklyn has not made a public appearance with his parents nor acknowledged them on social media since his statement, in which he also claimed David and Victoria control narratives in the press about their family and put ‘Brand Beckham’ first.
Victoria addressed the feud for the first time in a recent interview with The Wall Street Journal, and said she and David ‘love our children so much’ and have ‘always tried to be the best parents’.
Brooklyn, an amateur photographer, recently made reference to the feud in a World Cup-themed advert for US food delivery firm DoorDash – sparking backlash, including from Lorraine Kelly.
In the ad, he says: ‘You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the Fifa World Cup 2026 from home.
‘It’s not like I don’t have tickets. Um… it’s because… it’s a long story.’
He then opens the door to a delivery driver and hands over the tickets, saying: ‘These can go to someone… else.’
Brooklyn adds ‘put them somewhere fun’, and in a post on Instagram told followers they could follow the delivery service’s account to find clues to where the tickets had been left.
In response to the advert, a source told Metro: ‘Brooklyn’s advert has left his family stunned.
‘No one could have predicted he would do something like this. Monetising this situation will be heartbreaking for David and Victoria, especially after his dig at ‘Brand Beckham’ in his statement.
‘Brooklyn has called for peace and privacy and this feels like the complete opposite by joking about their family fallout in front of the world.’

It’s reported the campaign could have made him as much as $1million (£745,000), with a source described as close to Brooklyn telling Page Six: ‘Anything that makes him money is good — it shows that his brand is there and flourishing.’
The advert came just days after Brooklyn accused his family of a ‘choreographed’ attempt to reunite.
Harper, 14, was seen trying to visit her brother shortly after her father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, just a stone’s throw from Brooklyn’s LA home with wife Nicola – to no success.
Brooklyn married Bates Motel actress Nicola, 31, the daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz, in 2022.
