Since Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift started dating in September 2023, they’ve been inseparable.
The pair have been together for over a year now, and their displays of affection and highly-publicised outings don’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.
From belting out tunes together at the US Open to running onto the NFL field for the Kansas City Chiefs’ big win, the pair’s love has been very public – quickly cementing them as America’s most wholesome couple.
It’s long been accepted that as couples get closer, they tend to let themselves go a bit, with many people even joking that gaining the ‘relationship fifteen’ is a sign that you’re truly in love with your partner.
Neither Travis nor Taylor have gone down that route, but some fans have noted that the pair have transformed since becoming the most famous couple in the world.
Most recently, Travis’ new mustache and haircut combination (which can only be described as a bowl cut) caused quite a stir online, with many fans unsure about the NFL player’s new look.

Some feel that Travis is experiencing the boyfriend effect, in which a man – recognising he’s already landed the love of his life – no longer worries about advertising to the opposite sex.
One X user, @ingelramdecoucy, wrote, alongside a video of Travis with his new look: ‘This is not a man who’s ever planning to be on the market again. Travis Kelce went to the barber shop, sat down in that chair and said “give me the most awkward haircut you can think of to let the ladies know that THIS man ain’t looking!”’
But for the most part, fans are not sold on the football player’s new look.

Some even think there’s something fundamentally changed about Travis’ appearance, with many joking that he generally looks…dopier.
When the pair first started dating, Travis often wore tailored suits and sported a well-groomed buzz cut and a beard – a far cry from the bucket hats and mustache he’s recently been rocking.

In contrast, many have agreed that Taylor Swift has recently been looking better than ever.
She’s long been known for her down-to-earth style choices that often consist of basic sparkly gowns and makeup that looks like a friend’s older sister could have done it before prom.
But she’s been looking downright high fashion of late, finally dressing like the biggest popstar in the world with full glam to match.
