Jack Whitehall has celebrated his wedding to model Roxy Horner at a lavish ceremony in the Cotswolds.

The pair, who made their relationship official at the start of lockdown in 2020, announced their engagement in December 2024.

Jack, 37, and Roxy, 34, were joined by friends and family at a lavish country manor in the Cotswolds on Saturday, where they tied the knot.

Attendees at the £250,000 bash included Jack’s parents – mum Hilary, and dad (plus Travels With My Father co-star) Michael – plus brother Barnaby, who is believed to have been his best man.

Celebrity pals James Corden, Jamie Redknapp, Freddie Flintoff and David Beckham’s best friend David Gardner were also said to have been in attendance.

As Jack kicked things off with a grand romantic gesture, there was some good-natured disruption from their chums as a cry of ‘shagger’ rang out from across the grounds of the £12million estate.

As Jack romantically rowed a boat across a lake to meet his bride, his friends provided a moment of levity with the X-rated heckle.

The cry of ‘shagger’ is believed to be in reference to Jack’s 2019 appearance on Who Do You Think You Are?

During the episode, the comedian was amused to learn that his great-great-grandfather had been a womanising travelling salesman who had died of syphillis.

Funnyman Jack had responded by describing his relative as ‘a bit of a shagger.’

With brother Barnaby acting as his best man, Jack and Roxy’s two-year-old daughter, Elsie, acted as a flower girl.

Meanwhile, Roxy’s sister Molly, is reported to have been one of the bridesmaids.

Sources at the wedding told The Daily Mail that Roxy wore two bridal gowns for the occasion – made by Belarusian wedding dress designer Galia Lahav, and believed to have cost up to £16,000 each.

One was more formal for the official part of the wedding, while the other was for the after-party, which was ‘easier to dance in.’

And who can blame the bride for seeking comfort – beginning at 4pm, the event was due to go on to at least 2am in the morning.

As for Jack, he wore a traditional black tie suit with a flower buttonhole and £800 Christian Louboutin shoes.

Before the ceremony began, he was spotted entering the venue clutching what was believed to be his groom’s speech – with friends describing the comedian as ‘nervous’ about delivering it.

Jack previously joked about wedding plans during his hosting gig for Saturday Night Live UK last week.

Kicking things off with his opening monologue, he said: ‘Next week I am genuinely getting married. I really shouldn’t be here.

‘I am the groom though, that’s very much a ceremonial role. I just am there to nod everything through.’

Launching into an impression of Roxy, he continued: ‘The other day my fiancee turned to me, she went “Jack, in one of those meetings with the wedding planners, when they were talking to you, it was literally like they were talking to a wall.”‘

He joked: ‘I was thinking, “yeah, a wall with a cash machine in it.”‘
