Katie Price will finally expose the household name she claims raped her after nearly two decades of stating she would never do so.

The 45-year-old model, currently dating JJ Slater, 31, is incredibly open about her personal life but has continued to mask her alleged attacker’s identity.

In her new book, however, Katie will reportedly name the famous man who she originally alluded to on her reality show What Katie Did Next in 2009.

The Mucky Mansion star has repeatedly shared that she has post-traumatic stress disorder, triggered by multiple assaults throughout her life including a horrific incident in South Africa.

‘Katie thinks now is the time, she has nothing to lose,’ a source told The Sun, despite the I’m A Celeb star’s previous statements on the matter.

She reportedly felt empowered after the Me Too movement and other sexual violence survivors spoke out.

They continued: ‘After all the me-too stuff she thinks if other people have revealed their sex attackers, why can’t I?

‘She vows this will be her most shocking book ever, and she’s ready to name and shame.’

In 2009, Katie said the police had not been contacted over the incident so it was never investigated.

Often victims of sexual violence take years to come to terms with what happened or do not report the crime as trials can be traumatic with only a small percentage resulting in conviction.

Katie, who became a Page 3 model at just 17, shared: ‘I was raped by a celebrity but no, I’ll never name him, I just don’t want the drama.

‘I don’t even know if he knows that I’ve spoken about him, I doubt he does.’

At the same time, a friend claimed to The Mirror that the assault took place in London’s West End after a party with the man turning violent after ‘not getting his way’.

They said Katie had been ‘too scared’ to report it after he ‘made a move for her throat’ but was left ‘devastated’ by the incident.

In an interview with The Guardian last year, she spoke about the assault once again, stating that ‘a lot of people with status’ can ‘get away with things’.

‘People cover up for them and a load of people get paid off,’ she said.

This was the second time the former Loose Women star claims she has been raped, the first was when she was just seven years old in a park.

In 2018, a particularly traumatic event saw robbers attack and assault Katie while on a safari, while she was with Junior and Princess but had no security.

Six men pulled up in a car and held a gun to her head as they attacked her in front of her two children.

Speaking about the assaults, the reality star continued: ‘When I was in the Priory my therapist said: “Kate, we’ve never known anyone to have so many traumatic events happen to them.” And I’m still here, coping.’

She announced last month on Instagram that her seventh autobiography, This is Me, would be released in July.

Katie wrote: ‘This is by far the most intimate look into my life to date, celebrating 30 years in the spotlight. I’m finally telling the FULL story behind the headlines and I’m not holding back.’
