Speaking recently with Ariana Grande, Kidman reflected on her experience filming the sequel in London, describing it as a rare and meaningful chapter in her career.
âWe had an incredible cast,â she said, recalling time spent with Bullock, as well as new additions to the ensemble.
âI Felt Protected and Lovedâ on Set
Kidman shared that the experience on set felt different from many of her past projects, shaped by a strong sense of connection and trust.
âA lot of times I donât have fun when Iâm filming because itâs moreââ she began, before Grande added, âEmotionally draining.â
âYeah. But I have such a strong relationship with all those women, so I felt protected and loved,â Kidman said. âIt was just very, very safe.â
Grande reflected on the moment, calling the experience âso beautiful,â as Kidman spoke about returning to a story that has stayed close to audiences for years.
âNo,â she said. âAnd to come back to something so many years later and go, âWeâre still able to get this movie made at a big big studio like Warnerâs,â and that Sandy and I were able to produce it and get it made, is insane.â
