<p id=”par-1_75″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/prince-harry-was-able-to-marry-meghan-markle-because-she-didnt-do-this-1-thing-in-her-past.html/”>Prince Harry and Meghan Markle</a> have been <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/biggest-reason-prince-harry-meghans-american-dream-failed-moment-duke-realized-uk-could-work.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>back in the U.K.</a> since late August, and we haven’t heard a peep or any acknowledgement about their return from Prince William or the Princess of Wales (<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/dont-be-fooled-this-is-what-kate-middleton-was-really-like-in-school.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>formerly known as Kate Middleton</a>). Well, things are likely to stay that way since the brothers haven’t spoken in years, and it’s being reported now that the Prince of Wales is outright refusing to acknowledge Meghan and Harry’s existence. </p>
<p id=”par-2_62″>Friends of William have said time and time again that he “feels utterly betrayed … he hates Harry for what he has done to the family in the books and interviews … it’s no secret he would prefer it if Harry never stepped foot in England again.” Now Harry is back, but William will just continue to act like he isn’t. </p>

<p id=”par-3_39″>An insider told <a href=”https://closeronline.co.uk/celebrity/news/prince-harrys-secret-meeting-with-william-and-why-the-brothers-may-never-speak-again/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Closer</a> that the future king is “refusing” to reconcile with Harry, and is pretending he’s not even back, saying, “He’s stopped complaining about Harry and Meghan and is now acting like they don’t even exist instead.</p>
<p id=”par-4_56″>“The courtiers are trying to get them together to talk about doing some sort of tribute to Diana, and Harry is all for it, but William has refused … [William] is openly going against the king’s wishes by continuing to act as though Harry and Meghan are banished when they’re clearly right there at his doorstep.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_97″>The source added, “Harry made no secret of his interest in doing some sort of film or TV series about their mother in honor of the coming anniversary, and it will be a terrible look if it’s done without any input from William … But William is immovable, to the point where people are feeling like they’re being forced to pick William or Charles’ side, and a lot of people are afraid to make the wrong choice and end up out of a job. That may sound dramatic, but the reality is emotions are running very high.”</p>

<p id=”par-7_60″>In <em><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/prince-harrys-memoir-spare-now-become-one-most-discarded-books-time.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Spare</a>,</em> Harry wrote about tensions between his wife and his sister-in-law, claiming that he found Meghan “sobbing” on the floor after a disagreement with Kate over Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress. Harry also said that the Princess of Wales got very upset when the duchess said she had “baby brain” shortly after Kate gave birth to Prince Louis in 2018.</p>
