Even glamorous Rylan Clark has his off days as he lamented waking up with a hangover from the night before.
Sharing a selfie from bed, the former X Factor icon joked he was looking a little worse for wear even though he claimed he hadn’t touched a drop.
Rylan, 35, is no stranger to a risky post on Instagram after appearing to expose himself earlier this month while clearing out a huge chunk of his clothes.
This time his flash of skin was more intentional as he showed off his ‘side boob’ while lounging in bed in his luxury five bedroom Essex mansion.
‘Woke up with a hangover and a double chin and wasn’t even drinking. Y tho….’ wrote Rylan to his 2.1million followers on Instagram.
His comments were flooded with comments that he doesn’t have a double chin, instead his signature beard disguises his jawline.

‘Clutching your side boob doesn’t hide it Son….just so you know! 😘,’ joked fellow TV icon Ruth Langsford, 64.
In a scathing response, Drag Race legend Cheryl Hole — clearly in the know — commented ‘Karma’, prompting laughter from Rylan.
Countdown queen Carol Vorderman, 63, added: ‘Beautiful babe 😂👍🏼👍🏼also what double chin? It’s your beard 😂.’
‘Luckily we’ve both got beards to cover the chins 👍👍👍👍👍,’ joked Denise Welch, who recently dodged questions about her son Matty Healy and his relationship with Taylor Swift.

Rylan’s cheeky snap could be linked to his latest project which will see others show off their birthday suits.
Earlier this year, he spent a month filming reality show Dating Naked UK on an island in Colombia, which is set to air on Paramount Plus later this year.
‘The best times, The best people, The best memories. Coming soon,’ he teased with sneaky pictures from the shoot.
Despite feeling a little worse for wear, Rylan headed out and about and shared a snap of a huge face sculpture hours later with the slightly ironic caption: ‘U alright mate?’
