A Twitch streamer put his health in danger as he challenged himself not to go to sleep until he performs 10,000 kills in Counter-Strike 2.

One increasingly popular way for streamers to increase their viewership is by doing marathon streams, often staying up 24 hours straight doing a variety of different things to keep themselves occupied.

Another method is taking on extreme challenges, like the streamer who finally beat the hardest Pokémon challenge after 1,786 attempts.

One streamer recently combined the two, and decided he wouldn’t go to sleep until he had accrued 10,000 kills with his AK-47 in Counter-Strike 2.

Before streamer Tea With Milk And Sugar started his challenge he listed all the world records he predicted he would achieve during the challenge, namely: most XP (experience points) gained in Counter-Strike 2 in 24 hours, most kills and deaths in 24 hours, and most tea breaks in 24 hours.

His weapon of choice was an AK-47 that came with StatTrak, a function that counts every kill in real-time, and after 24 hours it showed he had downed 5,921 enemies.

It took the streamer 43 hours to reach 10,000 kills, at which point he said he was going to sleep for a long time.

Though some fans were impressed, many voiced their concern for the streamer’s health, after staying awake for so long.
