It looks like the Australian Nintendo store has given away how much the Ocarina Of Time remake will cost, but you can expect an official confirmation before the end of today.
Following its initial and incredibly vague reveal, Nintendo’s The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time remake will be properly shown off during today’s Nintendo Direct.
As a reminder, the showcase is all about the Zelda franchise’s 40th anniversary, while a more general Direct about upcoming Switch 2 games is scheduled for tomorrow.
Quite a bit is already rumoured for tomorrow’s Direct and now one detail about Ocarina Of Time appears to have leaked ahead of schedule: it’s price.
How much will the Ocarina Of Time remake cost?
According to a listing on Nintendo’s Australian store website, the remake will cost $94.95 digitally. The website is down for maintenance at the time of writing, but Vooks was able to screengrab this detail for posterity.

For comparison, that’s the same price as Yoshi And The Mysterious Book in Australia, which is £49.99 digitally here in the UK.
So, does this mean you can expect Ocarina Of Time to cost £50 at its cheapest? It’s hard to say. There’s no reason to assume the UK and Australian prices would be different, proportionally speaking, but it’s perhaps more likely that the Australian price was a mistake. After all, it was certainly a mistake to reveal it early.
The Switch 2 versions of the last two mainline Zelda games – Breath Of The Wild and Tears Of The Kingdom – cost £66.99 in the UK (and $109.95 in Australia) but it’s hard to say if the remake would be as much as that. Not only were those two Zelda games unusually expensive but Nintendo doesn’t usually go in for big budget remakes, so there’s almost nothing to base an estimation of the price on.
Fortunately, you don’t have to wait much longer to find out since Ocarina Of Time is bound to go up for pre-order once today’s Direct wraps up.
