Two men were fatally shot and a woman was wounded by gunfire early Saturday in Englewood.
The three were outside a home about 12:50 a.m. in the 6500 block of South Hermitage Avenue when someone in a white SUV drove up and an occupant fired shots, according to a statement from Chicago police.
Tacari Wright, 30, was shot in the head and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died, according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
A 31-year-old man was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the same hospital, police said. His name hasn’t been released.
The woman, 26, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was listed in critical condition at the hospital, police said.
No arrests were reported.
