Aston Martin unveils ultra-lux 66-storey tower block that looks like Bond Villian lair topped with ‘Triplex Penthouse’

ASTON Martin’s ultra-lux tower block which looks like Bond Villain lair is nearing its completion.

The 66-storey waterfront property in Miami features a jaw-dropping penthouse which comes with its own supercar.

Bond franchise’s favourite manufacturer has unveiled its first apartment building which has already proven a huge hit amongst buyers.

Almost all of the state-of-the-art condos in the skyscraper – consisting of 400 flats – have been snapped up by Aston Martin fans before the construction even finished.

It is no wonder as the luxury residential development boasts its own full-service marina that can accommodate superyachts and gifts supercars to penthouse owners.

The jewel of the crown is the unique Triplex Penthouse which spans across three floors and covers 20,000 square feet space.

For a whopping £50million, the owner gets seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with staff quarters as befit a king.

There is also a gym, a spa and a private pool all within the same space.

Naturally, there is also more than 7,000 square feet of outdoor area to enjoy the sun given that the property is right next to the ocean.

Along with the flat, the buyer will receive a “limited-edition art book called ‘Unique,’ which contains a QR code that leads to an original score commissioned by a 10-piece orchestra.”

But perhaps the best perk of owning an apartment is the £2million Aston Martin Vulcan which will be gifted to the buyer as a compliment.

The rare motor, of which only 24 were ever made between 2015-2016, is made largely from carbon fibre and is powered by a 7.0-litre V12 with 820hp.

The complex itself includes a variety of spacious one- to five-bedroom flats and duplexes, in addition to seven penthouses with private pools and large patios.

Aston Martin, known for their lavish supercars, has carried its opulence to its residence with a 42,427 square foot of sky amenities across four floors.

The ultra-rich can enjoy exclusive access to a double-level fitness centre with breathtaking views of the ocean, an infinity pool and a virtual golf room.

Fitness fanatics will be pleased to learn the complex also features a boxing gym and a spinning studio.

Residents have everything they might need within their reach as the space includes an art gallery, two cinemas, a full-service spa, beauty salon and barber shop.

They could also feel like a royalty with a personalised around-the-clock butler service at their beck and call to take the stress out of home management.

The tower broke ground in October 2017 and has taken nearly six years to build.

It is being developed by G&G Business Developments at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Downtown Miami.

The terrific tower will be the tallest all-residential building south of New York City.
