The median home sales price dipped vs. a year ago in 36% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.
Looking at the 83 local ZIP codes with comparable sales in April 2026, prices increased in the past year in 52 and decreased in 31.
The priciest ZIP, among those with five or more sales was Newport Beach 92660 with a $4.05 million median. The cheapest was Santa Ana 92701’s $510,000 median.

Sales were up in 39 ZIPs, down in 37 and unchanged in seven. The busiest ZIP was Lake Forest 92630 with 78 sales.
Overall, the countywide median home price of $1.23 million was up 3% over 12 months. Total sales of 2,192 were off 0.4% for the year.
