Taco Bell fans will get to order a lot of new products on Thursday, May 21.
Among them is a new take on a fan favorite. Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza is made with roasted chicken and a few other new ingredients and comes with a packet of new Jalapeño Citrus Salsa, which is also being offered with other Cantina Chicken items.
The Mexican Pizza was announced last week, but several other items might be a surprise.
Here are some items that the Irvine-based fast food chain previewed Tuesday at its Taco Bell Cantina in Hollywood, one of a handful of Taco Bells that serve alcohol.
All these items will be available for a limited time.
Shredded Beef Dipping Taco
This is Taco Bell’s latest bid to tap into the popularity of birria.
It is made with shredded beef on a soft corn tortilla that is folded over and grilled with a cheese crust. It comes with a cup of red sauce for dipping, similar to birria consomé. They will cost around $3.99 each. Prices vary by location, according to representatives.

Shredded Beef Nacho Fries
Taco Bell’s latest loaded version of its spicy fries come topped with shredded beef for the first time, according to the chain. It also features pico de gallo, creamy jalapeno sauce, and a three-cheese blend for about $5.49.
This item was one of about 20 reveals for 2026 made at Live Más Live, Taco Bell’s annual fan event that streamed from the Hollywood Palladium in March. Most of the other items it teased haven’t reached customers yet.

These bite-sized desserts will be filled with Cinnabon cream cheese frosting and dusted with strawberry-flavored sugar. They will sell for around $2.29 for two pieces or $6.99 for 12.
Taco Bell will also be introducing a new line of cold brews at its Live Más Cafés only.
Live Más Cafés are a beverage concept with about three dozen locations out of more than 9,000 Taco Bells. Most are in Southern California. Some are in Nevada and Texas.
