A body was found in the water Friday afternoon in Montrose Harbor, Chicago police said.
Police responded to a call around 2 p.m. in the 300 block of W. Montrose Dr., at Montrose Harbor in Uptown.
After officers responded and found a male in the water, the CPD Marine Unit recovered the body.
The male was pronounced dead on scene. The Cook County medical examiner’s office and Chicago police did not have additional information.
Area detectives are investigating.
