A man was fatally stabbed during a fight early Sunday at a home in Washington Heights on the South Side.
Andrell Brown, 30, was fighting with someone he knew around 12:50 a.m. in the 9200 block of South Green Street when he was stabbed, Chicago police said.
Brown, of the same block on Green Street, was taken to the Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead at 1:16 a.m., police said.
The attacker, who the victim knew, fled in a white sedan, officials said. A knife was recovered at the scene.
Area 2 detectives are investigating.
