A 53-year-old man died after being found on a Blue Line CTA train early Wednesday on the Near West Side.
Joel Biloche was found unresponsive about 12:15 a.m. at the Racine station, 430 S. Racine Ave., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office and police.
Biloche was taken in critical condition to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:10 a.m. according to a Chicago Fire Department spokesperson and the medical examiner’s office.
Police said the incident is possibly narcotics-related.
An autopsy was inconclusive and pending further studies, according to the medical examiner’s office.
The CTA did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
