Former First Lady Melania Trump on the day before her 54th birthday shared a personalized version of the Mother’s Day necklace she’s selling and emphasized ‘prioritizing self-care’.
Melania shared an image of her personally customized gold vermeil necklace on Thursday morning, four days after she put them on sale for $245 each on her website.
‘As mothers, we are inclined to honor our mothers on Mother’s Day, but we must also be mindful of ourselves,’ she wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
‘Our families and children enjoy greater stability when commemorating motherhood while concurrently prioritizing self-care.’
The flower pendant had ‘DJT’, ‘MKT’, and ‘BWT’ engraved, one on each of its three heart-shaped petals. They are initials for her husband, Donald John Trump; herself, Melania Knauss Trump; and their 18-year-old son, Barron William Trump.
It appeared to show the commitment that Melania, who is a largely private person, has to her family. Melania had been absent from the campaign trail until last weekend, when she hosted her first fundraiser for her husband’s 2024 campaign at Mar-a-Lago.
A day later on Sunday, she launched her ‘Her Love & Gratitude’ necklace ‘to express immense gratitude and honor all mothers’.
