On Day 2, fans were greeted with a forecast of heavy rain and a light sprinkle starting around 2 p.m. Plastic ponchos quickly became the day’s reigning fashion trend.
But anticipation for the evening’s headliners — Charlie xcx and The Smashing Pumpkins — remained in tact judging by artist merchandise parading through the grounds. Bunny ears signaled fans of Slayyyter, the rising Missouri-born pop star, in the mix. Other artists on the day’s schedule include ‘Stranger Things’ star Finn Wolfhard; the Swedish singer-songwriter Zara Larsson; and the enigmatic Horsegiirl, the German DJ known for wearing a horse-head mask.

Review: Zara Larsson tunes out the gray day with her brand of pure pop sunshine News As sweeping visuals of sunkissed skies and crashing waves flashed behind her, Swedish popstress Zara Larsson stepped onto the T-Mobile stage and wasted no time before kicking into “Midnight Sun,” to the delight of the swelling crowd, conjuring images of sand, tan-lines, swimming and golden hours. Review: Smashing Pumpkins brings Olivia Rodrigo, Yungblud to Lolla News The Smashing Pumpkins smashed expectations of their Friday finale. In the tough battle of Billy vs. “Brat,” Chicago’s alt rock heroes held their own and brought in a respectable crowd — and not just people born in the 1900s. Their 17-song set spanned generations, too, drawing on old stalwarts like…
