Police release photo of car involved in fatal March hit-and-run in South Chicago

Chicago police released a photo and the license plate for the car involved in a fatal hit-and-run in South Chicago last month.

The car is a red 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander with the plates FE97346.

Police say the driver of that car fatally struck a 32-year-old Raven Myers on March 10 in the 2100 block of East 83rd Street. The driver fled the scene, according to police.

Myers was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where she later died. An autopsy on March 11 determined Myers died of multiple blunt force injuries from the crash, which was ruled an accident, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
