Shots were fired in a parking lot at the Williams Village dormitory complex at the University of Colorado Boulder early Sunday morning, according to a campus emergency alert.
At approximately 3 a.m., CU police responded to a noise complaint at Weber Hall. As police were breaking up a large party, there were reports of shots fired in a parking lot outside the building, according to the alert.
At 4:24 a.m., CU released an emergency alert reporting the shooting and imposed a shelter-in-place order. By 5:25 a.m., the suspects were identified and arrested and the shelter-in-place was lifted, officials said.

No serious injuries were reported and there is no threat to campus, according to police.
