The Sky signed Aicha Coulibaly to a rookie scale contract on Monday.
Coulibaly was the team’s No. 22 pick (late second round) in the 2025 draft, but was recovering from an ACL injury at Texas A&M and never reported to training camp. She’s a slasher who scored 13.2 points per game in her college career.
The Sky also signed Sydney Taylor to a training camp contract. The 24-year old guard will be making her WNBA training camp debut. She played at Massachusetts and Louisville and most recently for Polish club MB Zaglebie Sosnowie.
The Sky now have 13 players under contract. They can bring 18 players to training camp, but only 12 players will make the final cut.
For the first time this season, teams can also add two developmental players. Those players can play in up to 12 games and receive a weekly stipend plus a pro-rated salary for games played.
The Sky also hold the No. 5 pick in the 2026 draft.
