Teen shot in Chicago Lawn drive-by shooting

A 16-year-old boy was injured in a drive-by shooting late Saturday in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood, Chicago police said.

The boy was walking in the 6400 block of South Claremont Avenue when a dark SUV drove past and someone inside shot him in his leg around 11 p.m., according to police. He was taken in stable condition to Holy Cross Hospital.

No one has been arrested, police said.

Another teenage boy was shot just three hours earlier in South Shore.
