Trump’s Ex-Ukraine Envoy Told Zelensky, “I’d Burn Down Every” Russian Refinery — “Make Them Pay the Price”

President Trump’s former U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine, retired U.S. Army Lt. General Keith Kellogg, spoke at the annual Warsaw Security Forum this weekend and voiced his support for Ukrainian President President Volodymyr Zelensky.

On stage, Kellogg revealed what he told Zelensky, as Ukrainian forces continue to strike Russian refineries against President Trump’s wishes.

[NOTE: On Friday, Trump said he made a deal with Russian President Putin to import diesel fuel, and directed the Treasury to lift sanctions imposed on Russian fuel after Russia invaded Ukraine. He also said Ukraine should “get a new leader.”]

Kellogg said he told Zelensky that he’d “burn down every one of the goddamn refineries that Russia has today. Take them all out. And I said, ‘you make them pay the price. You take it home. It’s a military target. Take those targets out.’” The audience applauded.

Kellogg, who served as Acting National Security Advisor during the first Trump administration, also noted the difference in how the war is fought between the two countries. “While Russia deliberately targets civilian infrastructure,” he said, “Ukrainian forces remain strictly focused on legitimate military targets.”

As seen below, Kellogg attended the opening reception with former CIA Director and retired U.S. Army four-star general David Petraeus, U.S. Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS), and U.S. Representative Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), who yesterday challenged Elon Musk “to turn on Starlink over Russia so the Ukrainians can take out Russian ballistic missile launchers.”

[NOTE: Kellogg announced earlier this month that he is an advisor to Powerus, an American company that “designs and builds American-made autonomous systems for defense and critical infrastructure.”]

After Powerus (PUSA) merged with Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. on October 1, becoming part of a publicly traded company listed NASDAQ stock exchange, Kellogg said, “Great to be a part of it.” Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. is a golf course holding company backed by President Trump’s eldest sons.
