A woman has been charged in a fatal shooting that killed a man last week in South Shore, according to Chicago police.
Cecelia Morrison Payne, 31, was charged with first-degree murder in the Sept. 3 shooting, police said.
A man, 37, was in front of a business in the 7300 block of South Stony Island Avenue when Payne allegedly fatally shot him in the chest, police said.
Payne is due in court Monday, police said.
