Right before Tuesday’s game, the Dodgers announced that Miguel Rojas had been scratched due to personal reasons.
The Dodgers wrote (via X): “Miguel Rojas was scratched from the lineup to tend to a family matter.”
Rojas is batting .263 with one RBI in his first six games of the 2026 season.
After the game, Dave Roberts was asked about the situation.
Jack Harris of The California Post wrote: “Dave Roberts did not know how much time Miguel Rojas might miss while dealing with his family matter
Team is gonna play a man short tomorrow, then will see where everything is at when they get back to LA”

Rojas began his MLB career with the Dodgers in 2014.
He then played eight years for the Miami Marlins.

Over 13 seasons, Rojas is batting .260 with 57 home runs and 364 RBI’s.
