Chelsea have reportedly put 11 players up for sale as the club’s busy transfer window looks set to continue.
The Blues have spent over £300m on new signings this summer, with Morgan Rogers’ arrival from Aston Villa for £117m the standout addition.
Xabi Alonso has also spent big on centre back Maxence Lacroix, who has joined from Crystal Palace for £52m, while Chelsea parted with £47m to sign highly-rated right back Marco Palestra from Atalanta.
The spending hasn’t stopped there, with the likes of Geovany Quenda (£40m), Valentin Barco (£34m) and Emmanuel Emegha (£21m) all arriving for substantial fees.

Given Chelsea’s outlay this summer and the need to reduce the size of their bloated squad, it is unsurprising that the club have put a significant number of their existing squad up for sale.
According to The Athletic, around 11 players could be packing their bags and leaving Stamford Bridge over the next few weeks with Enzo Fernandez and Pedro Neto chief among them.
While both players are appreciated in west London, it is said that both stars are not on the ‘not for sale’ list.
Fernandez, who was signed for a then-Premier League record transfer fee of £107m in 2023, has been linked with Real Madrid at various points this year and it is thought that Chelsea would demand £120m for any club looking to secure his services.
Neto, meanwhile, who has been linked with a reunion with Enzo Maresca at Manchester City, would cost any buyer around £75m. Chelsea would also expect that fee for Malo Gusto.
Benoit Badiashile and Axel Disasi would each cost around £30m, while Trevoh Chalobah has agreed to join Serie A side Como in a £31m deal.
Danny Welbeck’s £5m arrival from Brighton now means that Chelsea have six strikers in their senior squad and as many as half of them could be moved on by Alonso.
Liam Delap is the most likely candidate to depart, and despite only scoring one goal in the Premier League last season, Chelsea are actually looking to make a profit on the £30m they spent on the 23-year-old last year.
Nicolas Jackson, who has returned from his season-long loan at Bayern Munich, could fetch for around £65m in what would represent a significant boost to the club’s coffers.
Dutch forward Emegha, who was announced as a new Chelsea player last September having been at parent club Strasbourg, could depart this summer without having played a single minute for the Blues.
Elsewhere, Marc Guiu and David Datro Fofana could command fees of £25m and £3m respectively.
