Man sought over ‘indecent act’ on Download Festival Ferris wheel

A man is being sought in connection with a reported act of indecency which took place at a popular music festival.
Officers from Leicestershire Police are investigating following the reported incident which took place on a Ferris wheel at the festival in Castle Donington on June 13.
A couple were reportedly seen caught in an intimate act on the wheel while fans were waiting for Guns ‘n’ Roses to arrive on stage at the festival.
Officers have identified a woman who was voluntarily interviewed in connection with the incident.
The force is now hoping to speak with a man in relation to what happened and has released an image as part of their investigation.

In the photo, the man is shirtless, wearing a silver dog tag necklace and wearing large sunglasses.
Anyone with information on who he may be is asked to contact Leicestershire police to assist in the investigation.
