Katie Price admits she ‘looked like a d**k’ when husband Lee Andrews didn’t join her on TV amid speculation he is banned from leaving Dubai.

The reality star, 47, was forced to make a solo appearance on Tuesday’s Good Morning Britain after her new husband missed his flight to the UK.

It ramped up speculation that Lee, who was born in the UK, is banned from leaving Dubai, where he’s lived for 21 years.

The whirlwind romance has been the source of huge speculation, with Katie’s family said to disapprove, which her sister Sophie seemed to confirm in their new podcast episode.

‘Let me speak’, Sophie, 36, interrupted as Katie went on a defensive rant about Lee, asserting that they were ‘not going to argue about this’.

Sounding incredibly frustrated, she went on: ‘He’s massively mugging you off and he’s done it publicly on live TV.’

Katie agreed that Lee, 42, had made her ‘look [like] a massive d**k’ as well as embarrassing himself, when public perception is not in his favour.

While on GMB for a scheduled joint interview, she sat alone on the sofa as she was quizzed on Lee’s travel status by hosts Ed Balls and Susanna Reid.

The hosts revealed they had contacted the UK Foreign Office, who said a man had been detained at the airport. Lee denied this, claiming he missed his flight.

Fans have since suggested he never left Dubai at all, spotting signs that he’s not in Muscat, Oman, as previously suggested by Lee.

Branding the whole thing a ‘soap opera’, the former model said she is also fed up with the saga and wants him to come to the UK.

‘It’s all been built up,’ she continued. ‘This is why I want, normally, relationships more private. At the end of the day, it’s between me and him.

‘I’ve said to him, he needs to make it to the UK because if he doesn’t, then there’s obviously something not right going on. If he does make it to England, it’ll shut all the rumours up.’

Katie said she had confronted Lee, telling him, ‘It does look weird’ that he hasn’t flown over when she’s visited Dubai several times.

‘Even I’ve flagged it up to him, big time I’ve flagged it up,’ she added, saying she told him not to embarrass her like that again.

‘Me having to go on live TV without you, made me look stupid and like a d**k,’ she concluded in the clip on social media.

The couple’s relationship has been plagued by concern from family members and fans after they said ‘I do’ just days after meeting in Dubai.

Rumours around Lee have swirlled, with ex-girlfriends claiming he’s a ‘scammer’ and questions over his ability to leave the UAE.

Lee has faced backlash for heavily edited and AI-generated images of himself on Instagram, and for his exaggerated CV, which claims he’s a doctor.

He and Katie have repeatedly defended the romance and his business credentials, asserting that they’re very much in love.
