Russell Howard has released extra tickets for his charity comedy event in memory of his baby son after the event sold out within seconds.
The 46-year-old announced last week that his son Felix had died shortly after birth.
Russell also explained how he and his wife, Dr Cerys Morgan, have since launched The Felix Foundation in their son’s memory.
On February 8 next year, a huge comedy night will take place at London’s O2 Arena, with names such as Jimmy Carr, Greg Davies, John Bishop, Michael McIntyre, Aisling Bea and Mo Gilligan all taking part.
However, after going on presale this morning, the tickets disappeared within second.
Writing in an Instagram post, Russell thanked fans for support by saying:’A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who got tickets in the presale this morning. It sold out in seconds which is just amazing!’

The Thursday ticket presales begin at 10am through See Tickets, Ticketmaster, The O2 Venue and AXS, while the general onsale through The O2 will begin at 10am on Friday.
The event will raise money for The Felix Foundation, which Russell and Cerys established following the death of their son.
Sharing the news of Felix’s death previously, Russell said: ‘Earlier this year, our family changed forever when our beautiful baby boy, Felix, died shortly after birth.
‘During the most devastating time of our lives, the hospital staff who cared for us showed extraordinary compassion, kindness and humanity. They helped us navigate an unimaginable heartache and gave us support when we needed it most.’
Russell praised their bereavement midwife Lauren, who had experienced a similar loss herself and decided to retrain as a midwife.

Discussing his comedy night, Russell also said: ‘Every single one of these incredible performers is giving their time completely free of charge. I will never forget their generosity.’
Concluding his message, the comic added: ‘The Felix Foundation is named after our beautiful son.
‘We miss him dearly, every single day, but we take some comfort in knowing that his name will stand for kindness, compassion and laughter, and that his legacy may help other families through the darkest moments of their lives.
‘We would love it if you came along and helped us make Felix’s legacy something truly special.’
Russell and Dr Cerys have another son who was born in May 2025.
