Some may also recall hearing the stories that came out later about how that headpiece wasn’t Meghan’s first choice as she had her eyes on the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik, which Princess Eugenie wore at her wedding months after.

The bandeau diamond tiara Meghan ended up wearing was also quite stunning and cost over $2 million.

Maxwell Stone told Showbiz Cheat Sheet: “The crown jewel of Meghan’s bridal look was undoubtedly Queen Mary’s Bandeau Tiara from Queen Elizabeth II’s collection. Its centrepiece is actually a brooch composed of 10 diamonds, originally given to Mary of Teck as a wedding gift from the County of Lincoln in 1893. In 1932, the diamond and platinum bandeau tiara was crafted specifically to accommodate the brooch. Such a historic and exquisite piece is estimated to be worth over $2.6 million.”

He added, “Another standout piece was Meghan’s dramatic Reflection de Cartier diamond bracelet, which added a striking touch of glamour to her chic, sophisticated gown. The bracelet, made from 18K white gold, features 104 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling 4.50 carats, alongside 52 baguette-cut diamonds totalling 5.61 carats. Available from the luxury brand, this dazzling accessory is estimated at $200,000.

“Though not the most expensive item in her ensemble, the most sentimental piece – aside from her engagement ring and wedding band – was undoubtedly Princess Diana’s aquamarine cocktail ring. Its enchanting blue hue made it a perfect complement to Meghan’s bridal look. Passed down from Harry, the aquamarine is traditionally associated with tranquillity, clarity, and harmony. While priceless in emotional value, if it were on the market today, the ring would likely be worth around $110,000.”
