<p id=”par-4_59″>The Duke of Sussex also stressed in his book that he and William did not want their father to marry Camilla but realized it was going to happen and ultimately, “We pumped his hand, wished him well. No hard feelings. We recognized that he was finally going to be with the woman he loved, the woman he’d always loved.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_20″>According to royal author Robert Jobson, “There is a debt outstanding first” after Harry “slammed” Camilla in his 2023 memoir.</p>
<p id=”par-6_29″>Jobson told the <a href=”https://www.dailymail.com/news/royals/article-16068007/princess-kate-meghan-harry-uk-robert-jobson.html” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Daily Mail</a>, “He wrote that she had ‘sacrificed’ him ‘on her personal PR altar.’ Camilla kept quiet. The debt to his brother has not been paid either.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_26″>The author added that the chances of Harry apologizing to his family members “are slim. But if the monarchy is going to unite, it is essential.”</p>

During his time working for the monarch and Camilla, Harrold’s duties also included valet, housekeeper, house manager, and driver. He also looked after Prince William, Catherine, and Prince Harry as well whenever they stayed at the estate. </p>
<p id=”par-11_44″>Since leaving the royal household, Harrold has become one of the U.K.’s leading etiquette experts. In 2025, he published his first book, <em>The Royal Butler</em>, which became an Amazon bestseller. He regularly appears on TV offering royal commentary on both current and historic news stories.</p>
