A man died after being assaulted by two others in North Lawndale Tuesday night, according to Chicago police.
Officers responded to a call in the 1200 block of South Keeler Avenue at 8:35 p.m. and found a man, 55, who had been beaten, police said. He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he died.
Two witnesses told police the man had been beaten by two others, who fled west, police said. No one is in custody.
