A man was shot and killed during an argument in a South Shore home Sunday morning, Chicago police said.
The man, 28, was arguing with someone at a residence in the 2700 block of East 75th Street at 9:40 a.m. when they pulled a gun and fired shots, striking him in the chest, police said in a statement.
The man was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said. His identity has not been released.
The suspect fled the scene, police said. No one was in custody.
