What is Donald Trump’s mysterious boxy ‘bulge’ spotted under his suit?

Donald Trump is facing newfound speculation about his health after a video of his boxy backside went viral.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared a clip of the President leaving a rally on Friday, but his rear end appeared to be much boxier than usual.

A somewhat rigid outline was spotted near the back of Trump’s suit and has now prompted further speculation about the 80-year-old’s potential health issues.

One person said: ‘It’s nice to see he’s no longer hiding his colostomy bag.’

‘Seriously, what’s he got under that jacket?’ another asked.

Previous photos of Trump’s backside led some to believe that he wears adult diapers, but this has not been proven.

The President is tight-lipped about his health, but this spring, he bragged about his ‘perfect’ health after his third medical checkup at Walter Reed hospital in just over a year.

‘Just finished my 6-month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Centre. Everything checked out PERFECTLY,’ he said.

The ‘six-month physical’ lasted around three and a half hours and saw Trump undergo ‘annual dental and medical evaluations’.

Last autumn, it was confirmed that the president had undergone a CT scan in a follow-up appointment at the hospital to ‘rule out any cardiovascular issues’.

Trump himself has been seen struggling to stay awake during public appearances.

He nodded off during a healthcare talk with Medicare administrator Dr Mehmet Oz and fell asleep with his mouth open as a star witness took the stand during his hush money trial.

Large bruises on his hands have also spurred concern among his supporters, but he’s brushed them off as ‘frequent hand shaking’ and his high dosage of aspirin.

Others have speculated the marks may have been caused by IV drips, thin skin or his age.

In July last year, Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a condition in which veins have trouble moving blood back to the heart. Still, White House physician Sean Barbarella has said the president is doing well.

Despite these reassurances, the American public is doubting Trump’s health. A Washington Post-ABC News-Ipsos poll found 40% of Americans thought Trump had the mental sharpness to serve as president, down from 47% last September.
